Jim Jones Calls Dame Dash “The Real Culture Vulture” And A Thief !

Longtime friend and business partner Jim Jones took to twitter yesterday to air out CEO Dame Dash . Jones posted a picture of Dame Dash and wrote,

“This nigga here is the real culture vulture n a thief fuck faggot lol back to my day.”

Ex-CEO of Roc-A-Fella Records, Dame Dash has been in recent news for calling out some of Hip Hop’s biggest record executives, such as Lyor Cohen and Steve Stoute, accusing them of being “Culture Vultures”. Dame is quoted as saying in a recent interview,

“I never had a beef with Jay. Always with Lyor and his whole crew. He’s the one that ruined Roc-A-Fella. Lyor Cohen.”

and

“I don’t like Steve Stoute,  Nobody really likes him.  He’s a culture vulture. But it’s worse ‘cause he’s Black.”

Now Dash is being called out by Vamp Life business partner Jim Jones as a “Culture Vulture” and a “Thief.”

Dash responded with a tweet of his own, downplaying the accusation saying…

“I’m not sure what exactly would make @jimjonescapo disrespect me publicly or any kind of way but if it’s over money or Buisness i really don’t think that’s the most productive way to deal with things…but I’m always open for discussion as long as we speak as men… I would never be ignorant enough to get on some tuff shit… That’s what’s killing our culture… I have nothing but love for you despite your disrespect…we are all kind of used to the way you react in the moment but it’s just not positive or productive for the culture….let’s lead by example…we can’t be fighting each other it makes us all look dumb harlem does stick together we never fight each other… Please don’t try to make a positive thing look negative….if you have a real issue we can talk about it…my daughter is on this Instagram…. And I love your family my nigga… Let’s hug it up…. We dont need to be fighting #harlemstickstogether.”

Looks like Jimmy had a little Twitter tantrum and put his homie on blast. Whatever the issues are, seems like Dame Dash is willing to work it out professionally and personally I hope they do. Let’s not forget, Dame is responsible for bringing us The Diplomats as part of the Roc-A-Fella Records roster back in 2001.
