Suge Knight’s hit and run murder trial is the court case that seems to have new news once a week. This week’s latest update is just as bizarre as the weeks prior, and you won’t believe the mogul’s lawyer’s allegations.

According to Tom Mesereau, Knight’s living conditions in jail are causing him both mental and physical harm. The attorney states the bed is too small to fit the Death Row CEO’s football player frame and the toilet runs all throughout the night, which disrupts his sleep. Also, Mesereau believes Suge may have a brain tumor resulting from a bullet wound from the 1996 Tupac shooting. Read his full list of complaints here.
