Today is March 9th, which means that it’s a very beloved day for hip hop fans around the globe. On this day, 19 years ago, Notorious B.I.G. was tragically shot and killed in a drive-by shooting, leaving a huge scar on the rap community. While many are mourning his loss to this day, we decided to take a look back on his incredible legacy. Biggie was not scared to say things that other rappers wouldn’t be able to get away with, and fortunately for his greatness, the rapper got a pass for saying them.
