Wayne shocked the world when he revealed his intentions to drop No Ceilings 2. For his first one being dubbed a classic, the pressure of toppling his previous endeavor wouldn’t be an easy feat. Sadly, he couldn’t live up to the hype and he delivered a very lukewarm project.
