A new chapter has been added to the Young Thug vs. Lil Wayne saga. Weezy, now a co-owner of Tidal, planned to celebrate his new partnership with JAY Z by exclusively releasing his album on the streaming platform on July 4th. Now, it looks like Tunechi has competition with a rival project dropping on the same day.

Young Thug took to Instagram to announce his new mixtape/LP, Slime Season (produced by London on da Track) is dropping on Independence Day, the same day Lil Wayne releases his latest, Free Weezy Album.
