16 years ago today, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, straight from the Brooklyn zoo, released his second studio album titled N***a Please. Released on Elektra records where he recorded it his way and stayed true to his sound.

The album was a success debuting #10 on the Billboard selling 93,000 copies in its first week. The Wu following was strong but with a record by the name of “Got Your Money” ft. Kelis, the album would shortly reach certified gold status in just a few months.
