However, when Drake was facing ghostwriting reports of his own, as actual reference tracks were leaked, he was able to overcome scrutiny with his one diss track response. Bars or no bars, Nicki has faced a lot of criticism from the rap world over the authenticity of her own lyrics, as well as her music and switch-up from pop to rap. Will she ever be fully embraced by hip hop as the top of the royalty hierarchy?
