Cole is making a strong case for 2014’s album of the year, and rather than promoting his 2014 Forest Hills Drive project on ‘Late Show With David Letterman’ — the rapper performed his Mike Brown x Eric Garner tribute “Be Free.” The rapper also added a new verse on the mentality of young black males in America and discussed his views on President Obama’s tenure.
