Kid Cudi emerged to the scene in the late 2000s, with help from a big Kanye West cosign. After signing to G.O.O.D Music in 2008, the rapper/crooner dropped his debut album Man on the Moon: The End of Day, which many consider a cult classic. While Cudi may have strayed away from mainstream culture, a majority of his day one fans still show love whenever he drops new music.
