Andre 3000’s solo album is arguably one of the most coveted projects right now in hip-hop, next to Dr. Dre’s Detox. Since the latter has been ruled out, the 3 Stacks album might take the top spot. As a matter of fact, if a solo album isn’t in the works, can hip-hop at least get some new OutKast music?
