Macklemore is definitely a rapper with major cross-over appeal. The Seattle native all but took over 2013 thanks to pop smash hits like: “Thrift Shop,” “Same Love,” and “Can’t Hold Us.” Since then, the emcee has been low-key and focused on his family, including marrying his longtime girlfriend Tricia Davis and having a child with her.
