Over the years, we have seen a lot of rappers deal with their own personal issues, and many of them have had private issues come into the light without their doing. Some hip hop stars have used their platforms to confess that they have or are currently suffering from a drug addiction, making for some shocking headlines in the media. While there are some we already knew about, there are some rappers we’ve been shocked to learn of their drug confessions.
