Another young rapper on the scene is 22-year-old Mac Miller, whose business savvy and marketing techniques have gotten him from the bottom to the top of the hip hop industry. With the profits from his first album, Blue Slide Park, he moved from Pittsburg to LA and landed an MTV reality show. But not all is sunshine and rainbows for the youngster. He has spoken openly about his addiction to lean (a mixture of codeine and promethazine) and he talks about doing various hard drugs on his most recent mixed tape. Let’s hope he uses his smarts to hold onto his new-found fame and kick a few nasty habits.
