Possibly THE most publicized hip-hop fail over the last decade is Janet Jacksons infamous wardrobe malfunction during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime performance. Whether is was a conspiratorial marketing move, or a true slip-up, its after-effects have impacted Jacksons career and banned MTV from the Super Bowl ever since.
