Over the years, hip hop fans have been fortunate enough to enjoy the unique musical, rhythmic and lyrical talents of a wide array of rappers. Many of rap’s best are now in their 30s and 40s, but a promising young batch of hip hop artists is also on the verge of stardom.
Hip hop can be an extremely subjective art form, and as such, it’s not easy for fans to agree on what, exactly, makes an amazing rapper. However, most would agree that the following thirty hip hop artists have contributed quite a bit to this constantly evolving genre:
