It seems like the days of waiting for marijuana to be legalized and dispensed for free are soon to be over. According to recent reports, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws in Portland, Oregon is now allowing you to give weed away for free! This past Wednesday, as the clock struck midnight the NORML handed out joints and seeds to hundreds of locals to celebrate the legalization of marijuana.

In addition to the new legalization law, Wednesday night was also a night of turn up! One happy Portland resident said:
Today is a beautiful day.
While a NORML representative stated:
It’s great to see people from all walks of life out here, handing out joints to each other and getting to know their neighbors
