On Wednesday night, Kanye West was awarded “Shoe of the Year” for his highly-touted and coveted Yeezy Boosts. The multi-platinum artist was in attendance to receive his award and delivered a momentous speech.

Kanye, who donned a black t-shirt and jeans, gracefully accepted his award and unleashed a bevy of quips to the amusement of the crowd.

“You’re thinking, where’s my suit jacket, but if my wife’s not here, no suit jacket.” He continued his jokes by offering a suggestion for those who aren’t fans of his diatribes.
