Everyone’s favorite video countdown show “106 & Park” will be closing its curtains on December 19th, 2014. The show first aired on BET in 2000 with original hosts Free and AJ. After Free and AJ decided to part ways with “106 & Park” to pursue other careers, Terrence J and Rocsi took over their hosting positions in 2006. Since then there have been several guest hosts more recently Bow Wow and Keisha Chanté. In addition to the numerous guest hosts, several superstars like the late Whitney Houston, Aaliyah, Beyonce, Mark Wahlberg, Tyra Banks, Arnold Schwarzenegger and even Tom Cruise have paid a visit to the “106 & Park” stage. BET still plans on holding its annual New Years Eve show “106 and Party” at the end of the year. What is your most memorable “106 & Park” moment?
