D’Angelo Performs For The First Time On Saturday Night Live

D’Angelo hit the SNL stage this past weekend for the first time ever and had a memorable performance. With his Vanguard band backing him up in their “Black Lives Matter” and “I Can’t Breathe” tees, D’Angelo performed “Charade” and “Really Love” off his new album Black Messiah. It was a blast from 90’s past as D’Angelo pleased the crowd with his smooth and sensual melodies. D’Angelo also looked good performing in a cape and he is definitely one of a few artists who could pull this look off and still be sexy! Check out both his performances above.
