Although he passed away in 1997, Biggie actually did give an interview where he listed some of his favorite rappers on a scale of 1-10. While he rated the likes of some big names now in the lower end, he did say that Nas, Jeru the Damaja, Guru, and Too $hort all got perfect 10’s.
