In 2000, reality television was taking over regular scripted sitcoms. Always up on the new trends, Puffy decided to put on his Executive Producer hat for a new reality series titled Making The Band. The show brought together six young emerging artists all trying to score a deal with Puffy’s Bad Boy Records. Making The Band was revolutionary in helping spawn Da Band, Danity Kane, Day 26, O-town and other musical acts.
