Why he’s getting the key

Mayor John Tory announced that he will be giving out the key to the city today, and it will be going to none other than Drake. The Mayor believes that Drizzy helps the residents feel good about themselves, and are proud of where they come from. He also said that giving the key to Drake is the “highest honor we can give.”
