In music, it may seem like a lot of artists are out for the benefit of their own selves, or their fans, but many are actually the opposite. There are plenty of rappers in hip hop who are here for the people, and have proven so through their actions in the past. While Jamie Foxx has just saved a man’s life from an overturned burning vehicle, we took a look back at other hip hop stars who stepped up to the plate for others in need.
