Once upon a time, JAY Z nabbed himself a very talented and gorgeous singer from the UK in the form of Rita Ora. Despite eerily drawing comparisons to another artist groomed by JAY Z in Rihanna, many thought success would be imminent for her. While she has blessed the covers of many notable and reputable magazines, her success in the U.S. hasn’t pleased her nor her label Roc Nation.

With hopes of starting fresh, Ora sued Roc Nation for failing to release her out of her contract last month. She released her debut album Ora and watched it land the number one spot on the U.K. charts. The album never dropped in the U.S. and Ora has yet to produce another project since her 2012 effort. Even though Ora was banking on leaving Roc Nation swiftly, it appears that her dreams of chucking deuces, is quickly fading. In efforts of countering back, Roc Nation is suing Ora for failing to oblige to the demands of her contract.
