Although it sucks because Jordan owns the Charlotte Hornets, the NBA strongly feels that it would create a conflict of interest by enticing players to sign for the wrong reasons and to be honest, as much as we hate to admit it, the NBA’s probably right. Being affiliated and/or aligned with or next to Jordan will make anyone fan or not do things without thinking straight.

It’s funny considering MJ just made the news after winning the recent lawsuit against Dominick’s grocery chain and that he’s back in the news this week, but this time taking an L. Hopefully, this rare L won’t hurt his pockets too much.
