Wiz Khalifa blessed the 2015 Billboard Awards with a dope performance that almost didn’t happen. According to photographer Jeff Kravitz, the “See You Again” rapper was almost arrested by a LVPD police officer for refusing to stop smoking at the event’s red carpet. Luckily for Wiz, he wasn’t locked up and fans received one hell of a performance.
