To no surprise, Dr. Dre was named hip-hop’s highest earner of 2014 and now it looks the producer has started 2015 on right foot. Dre has just sold his house for $32.5M, which is a little bit shorter than his initial asking price of $35M. Then again, what’s two million dollars to a billionaire anyway? Sources also have confirmed that the Beats By Dre mogul has now moved into Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s old home.
