Snoop Dogg has been playing big in the cryptocurrency industry. He released his Snoop Avatar NFT about one month ago. In February, he became the owner of Death Row Records. After gaining ownership of the label, he revealed that he will transform the label into an NFT label, which would make it the first-ever NFT label.
Snoop Dogg Reveals SUPERCUZZ Book In NFT Collection
Snoop Dogg announced that “Death Row will be an NFT label” while discussing the label with Will Weinbach, the founder of Weinbach Media.
“We will be putting out artists through the metaverse. Just like we broke the industry when we was the first independent to be major, I want to be the first major in the metaverse,” he added.
Snoop Dogg is showing more commitment to NTFs. On Tuesday (March15), MakersPlace announced that they will be partnering with the Death Row Label owner for an enormous NFT collab project they called SUPERCUZZ. SUPERCUZZ entails NFT collections of original artwork BossLogic. The project features animated book covers that portray Snoop Dogg as a superhero.
The project features Snoop as flying superhero SUPERCUZZ, born in the “Angel City” streets. Following a press release, Snoop possesses a dual personality in the project. During the day, he is a “self-made crypto-trillionaire.” At night, he rocks the street as SUPERCUZZ, “smoking the forces of evil and weeding out crime.”
