Recently a lady by the name of Olive Fowler arrived in NYC at JFK International Airport on an flight from Georgetown Guyana, with 4 lbs of cocaine tucked away in her underwear. When she arrived in New York, She seemed nervous which promoted customs and border protection officers to further investigate. Officials estimate that the drugs have a street value of more than $73,000. Ms. Fowler is being charged with federal narcotics smuggling.
