Known for its luxury feel and rugged appeal, the Mercedes-Benz G Class or G Wagon, as so many of us refer to it, is probably the only Benz series whose body hasn’t changed much from the 70s ’till now. From the early 90’s to present day the G wagon has always been the go-to “hip-hop” vehicle, with features in videos and dedicated rap lines, the G wagon is a star in it’s own rite.
For the most part, the SUV remains unchanged, but they’ve made a couple of updates to the engine and interior. Benz put ecological concerns at the forefront, updating the turbocharged 4.0 liter, V8 engine with an ECO stop/start function to reduce emissions. Inside, they’ve designed the interior around rocket ship tooling with plush leather in the cockpit. Nice right? for the small price of $115,000 this beauty could be yours too.
