Philly Brewery Creates Wu-Tang Inspired Beer

While the Wu-Tang Clan may call the slums of Shaolin home, the whole country has love for the collective. Philadelphia’s Dock Street Brewery just created a beer inspired by the Killer Bees. The beverage was aged entirely with the Wu’s collective on repeat and the brewers explained the curative process to Philly Mag.

“It started as a joke and then we wondered if the bass would cause enough vibration to move the yeast around and create some different flavors during fermentation.”

According to Philly Dock Street Brewers the beer has a “spicy pineapple and orange-tart flavor” and will drop sometime later this year. Stay tuned for more information.
