Actually, after seeing her act this way, I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t want one of his future seeds.

An excited female fan made her way to the barrier closest to the stage and what she did next made the rapper forget his lyrics. Chief Keef, worried about her well-being, warned her not to fall while turning. As a thank you for his concern, she responded by flashing him and twerking.
