Common and Ice Cube had beef back in the 90s. With Gangsta Rap at the height of its popularity, many were surprised when the soulful Chicago lyricist out-rhymed the West Coast legend. Since then, Common boasts a consistent discography and it doesn’t look like he’s stopping anytime soon.
