After Bloomberg Business did a feature on controversial Hedge Fund Manager, Martin Shkreli, they revealed that he was one the who purchased the single copy. Shkreli was already causing tremors in the news world because of his decision to inflate HIV medication (Daraprim) from $13.50 to $750. In the same piece, RZA explained how the deal was made before anyone was aware of Shkreli’s decision to spike up the price of the meds.
