Lira Mercer is quite a well-known 21-year-old, thanks to 2M thirsty Instagram followers and past rumors of dating Drake prior to her fiancée. That was then, and this is now and now the former dancer has one of the biggest rocks on her ring finger that money could buy. Rick Ross and his future wife shared the big announcement via her Snapchat, and many of their friends chimed in to wish them congratulations.
