This time it’s to represent the only three Hip Hoppers on the 36th Annual Worlds Billionaire list. It’s almost crazy to see that Rihanna, who was signed to Def Jam by Jay Z in 2005, now has a bigger net worth than he does.

The 34-year-old superstar boasts a net worth of $1.7 billion. This is largely to the success of her Fenty Beauty cosmetics brand and the Savage X Fenty lingerie line. She is also Barbados’ first billionaire; according to Forbes. Last November, she was officially declared a National Hero of Barbados during a ceremony marking the country’s new status as a republic. Kanye has built a fashion empire with his Yeezy brand. Although Forbes had his net worth at around 2 Billion, making him the richest rapper alive, Ye says they’re off. When Forbes reported he was worth $1.3 billion in April 2020, the Chicago rap icon texted staff writer Zack O’Malley Greenburg to say, “It’s $3.3 billion since no one at Forbes knows how to count.”
