Big booties, good music, and “making it rain” are just a few things that strip clubs worldwide are known for. Despite a good time, a lot of the world also assumes it’s just a place where female dancers generate income. According to a new documentary it’s also a place where aspiring rappers go to make it big.

Our friends at GQ recently took a trip down to the dirty south to shoot a documentary in Magic City called Inside Magic City, demonstrating how getting your record played in the strip club can be a catalyst and a major springboard for your music career.
