Nas/Rakim
[above1]
Rakim was like a lyrical father to Nas coming up in the earlier days of rap, but when he made “The Unauthorized Biography of Rakim” on his Street’s Disciple album in 2005, Rakim was none too pleased to hear him talk about private matters that he hadn’t even touched yet. While we thought that Nas might have been somewhere crushed, the two did have a discussion, and seemed to come back to being close again.
