First and foremost, City Counsellor Norm Kelly is Drizzy’s guardian angel on Twitter, and had a hand in throwing shots towards Meek Mill. Coincidentally, Toronto’s CN Tower lit up green when Drake dropped “Charged Up” and border patrol gave his Philly rival a hard time at customs, causing him to be late to his show.
