The boisterous Ol’ Dirty Bastard played an imperative role in the group, as he supplied energy and zeal to a group of serious rappers. He dropped his debut album Return of the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version, which ended going gold. Sadly, he died of a drug overdose in 2004.
