Gangstarr’s “Full Clip” Album Turns 16 Today

Gangstarr’s classic compilation album, Full Clip turns 16 today. The July 13th, 1999 release is the perfect example of a greatest hits project.

Guru and DJ Premier compiled 32 records in total that they made from 1989-1999 for Full Clip: A Decade of Gangstarr. The legendary hip hop duo featured 21 classic album cuts, 8 previously released soundtrack/vinyl exclusives, and three new tracks for the offering.
