Since the turn of the century, hip-hop styles have made an about face. The dress patterns found in the 1980s and 1990s are making a resurgence. Its called old school dress now, but its just as popular as it was then. Less bling, more color. Designer brands are also a part of hip-hop style now. Kanye West has been influential in bringing brands like Louis Vuitton to center stage.
