LeBron James recently said that after following the Cavs’ loss during the finals, he suffers from nightmares. He says the experience hasn’t made moving on any easier and, in fact, said he has “nightmares” over missed opportunities in Cleveland’s loss to the Golden State Warriors.

What helps LeBron cope with the NBA finals loss? He credits it after being a dad and chasing after three kids in helping with the process.
