Post Malone Weight Loss
After losing more than 65 pounds recently, Post Malone is in a terrific place and has made the decision to divulge his success formula.
Making an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, Posty said in a new episode released earlier this month that the main reason he lost weight—going from about 240 pounds to 185 pounds—was giving up sweets, particularly soda.
“Soda is terrible. He acknowledged, “It’s so good, yet so horrible. But if I had a great show and, you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty, I’m going to have myself a Coke on ice,” the performer said.
Back in April, Post Malone was compelled to address questions about the weight loss amid criticism of his appearance while on tour.
Rapper “White Iverson” went on his Twelve Carat Tour, which included a stop in Europe. After his performance in Antwerp, Belgium, Posty used Instagram to address questions about his appearance and stage presence.
“4/28/2023, Belgium, Antwerp! I hope you’re all having a fantastic night, hello everyone,” he said. “I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and, presumably, my stage performance, so I wanted to clarify that I’m not using drugs.”
“I’ve never felt healthier, and I’m having a great time performing. I guess dad life took over and I made the decision to give up soda. He added, ” I improved my diet in order to live a long time and be here for this little angel.”
Post Malone Says Goodbye To Smokes and Booze
Post Malone intends to eventually give up beer and cigarettes in addition to abandoning soda and adopting a healthier diet. He also disclosed that he had recently been working on new music.
“Next up will be cigarettes and alcoholic beverages, but I like to think of myself as a patient man, so…” He added. “I’ve been working on some new music in the studio lately, and I’m very eager to share it with you. Thank you for your support and patience, everyone. You make my heart beat.
“I just wanted to say hello, and hopefully I’ll be posting more on here because my brain is in a super dope place, and I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time.” If you’re going through a rough patch or need some love, know that you’re loved more than you realize, and keep fucking crushing it.”
“Goodnight, nerds,” he added. “Spread the love and keep rocking.”
Post Malone was previously accused of significant drug use following his actions on stage in 2020, he refuted the allegations.
