Three Men Attacked For Wearing Skinny Jeans

You would think considering how fashion forward the world is today, senseless hate crimes like this wouldn’t still exist.

Recently, three men in Sacramento, CA were attacked for wearing skinny jeans while walking home. The victims: Blake Abbey, Alex Lyman and Weston Richmond, who all happen to be musicians, were attacked with a knife. Both Abbey and Lyman suffered serious stab wounds, while Richmond sustained a broken hand and minor cuts.

While sharing a picture of a broken hand on IG, Richmond captioned: “Some people are just ridiculous. This man literally did all this cause we wear skinny jeans… What a jerk.”

Supporters are organizing an “I wear skinny jeans” fundraiser for injured musicians, because no one should have to wear denim in fear.
