Chris Brown and Nia Guzman are headed to court in two weeks for a custody battle over Royalty. The mother claims she deserves full custody and her baby’s father needs supervision when granted visitation, due to his weed smoking habits and keeping criminal friends as company.

On the flip side, Chris Brown plans to win his joint custody case by proving that Nia’s boyfriend is a convict. King Ba, the father who’s name is on Royalty’s birth certificate and lives with her and her mother, is supposedly a forgery felon. Breezy believes Nia wants full custody only to have more child support.
