Common is fresh off a successful year in Hollywood. The rapper turned actor recently won the 2015 Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song and 2015 Academy Award for Best Original Song for his John Legend-assisted track “Glory”off of the Selma movie soundtrack. The Chi-Town native has also starred in movies like: Smokin’ Aces, American Gangster, Wanted, Date Night, Just Wright, Happy Feet Two and Terminator Salvation.
